thats right, if you are already a member of another gym but don't want to spend $100+ a session on training you can come in for training with us with out having to sign up at another gym.

not a member of a gym, don't want to sign a lengthy contract, that's fine too.  your personal training covers your gym fee so you don't need to be a member for our personal training.

NO CONTRACTS!!!  when your done, youre done. no auto re-newal and no hassel with trying to get out of your contract.  you pay, you train.  as simple as it should be.

basic prices

single session cost $35

monthly

train twice a week $225 a month

train three times a week $300 a month

monday - Friday unlimited training.  train up to 5 days a week Mon-Fri for only $400 a month

Sat, Sunday training available on week to week basis with $5 charge.

 

target weight loss program

program design to target weight loss, be it 10 or 100lbs

$350 per month and we train 2 times a week and progress to 4 times
